You can appeal to your bank within ten days from the due date. In your application, you have to indicate which elements of the account statement you are objecting to. If you do not object within this ten-day period, your account statement will be final. Finalization of the account statement does not eliminate the right of applying to a court according to general provisions. On the other hand, chargeback periods for finalizing transactions to be carried out by banks within the scope of credit card spending objections are determined within the framework of the regulations of international card payment system institutions, and the chargeback periods are not subject to the regulations of our Agency.

In the message that your 3D password is received, the information of the company you shop from and your expenditure amount are included.
